Our club was started in early 2015 when several of the current board members got together to make it happen. There was a need for a triathlon club in Woodstock and we felt “if we build it, they will come”. Since our inception, we have grown to over 30 members ranging from athletes training for their first try a tri while others are multiple ironman veterans. We also welcome single sport athletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers, who want to join us.

We have a few members working on PB’s for upcoming marathons as well as cyclists trying to maintain their fitness over the winter.

When we get together to train, we train to improve skills, technique and fitness. At the same time, we have fun and enjoy the social aspects of belonging to a club. WTC is a not-for-profit incorporated club serving Woodstock and Oxford County.

Our mission is to inspire local athletes in Woodstock and surrounding area at all levels of interest, ability and experience and to build the interest of multisport disciplines in a safe and social environment. We strive to offer our members up to date training information and a variety of coached and member-led training opportunities to assist them in attaining their individual goals.

We will, where possible, promote the benefits of multisport disciplines within the community as a healthy active lifestyle to communicate, encourage and motivate each other.

Kids Du

We are attempting to run our annual kids duathlon at Southside Park in June once again. After 4 very successful renditions our last 2 years have been cut off due to the pandemic. We want to help to get kids outdoors and be active by hosting a non-competitive “challenge event” that can be completed by all but will test the participants fitness.
