Hill run will start in April -weather dependant.

Meet at Southside park by the washrooms. Warm up in the park and then we hit the hills. Run start time is 6:45pm

 Track Workouts: Huron Park S.S. Will return in May; Usually starting at 6:45 pm .

These workouts are designed to work on speeding up your cadence as well as improving your ability to maintain pace. Participants are reminded to bring a water bottle to these workouts. We will alter times based on the heat and humidity.
