We ride most Saturday mornings from 8:30 to 10 am, until the end of March at Unifor Hall. We offer virtual classes if the weather is bad or if our meeting place is unavailable.
Training includes; MVO2 sets, HIIT sets, Threshold sets, Hill climb sets, and more. All designed to improve your fitness and technique.
We can provide a rental stationary trainer, if needed. Join us mid-week for "Rouvy" rides too!
